Epirus

About Epirus

Parga is a small town on the Ionian coast of the mainland, just between the
cities of Igoumenitsa and Preveza, in the region of Epirus.

The main draws to Parga are the historical castle which overlooks the town (from a headland to the west of the town) and the beaches. Near the town centre is Krioneri beach, to the west of the town (beyond the castle) is Valtos beach, and 4km to the west of the town is Lichnos beach.

Parga is a good base for day excursions to Sivota, Preveza and even Lefkada, while offering easy access, by foot, to three great beaches – Parga Town Beach / Kryoneri, Valtos Beach and Lichnos Beach.

Syvota is a coastal settlement in the southern part of Thesprotia’s prefecture. It is one of the main resorts of Epirus and for this reason, every summer brings together a large number of Greek and foreign tourists.

The prefecture of Preveza has some of the best beaches of Epirus . Including Vrachos Beach, which is located in the road between Preveza-Parga. The beach is literally infinite, clear and the most important: sandy.  There are many accomodations to choose from- suitable for families, young and old for whatever they desire.

Esiness also provides exclusive packages such as Fly drives within Zagoria/Vikos Gorge, Meteora, Athens, Kefalonia, Olympia, Meteora/Kalabaka, Delphoi and Pelion/Mt. Olympus.
